Please carefully read our detailed shipping information guide to ensure that your bouquet arrives to us as perfectly as it can!
Date Reservation
The initial step in the shipping process is to write down your event/wedding date to us. During the peak wedding season (May-September), we may experience a surge in orders, and there is a maximum capacity. Therefore, once you know the date of your event or wedding, secure a spot for yourself.
Pack your Bouquet
After your wedding or event, pack your bouquet as soon as you can.
Gather the following items:
◦ A larger box (capable of fitting the bouquet)
◦ A smaller box (intended for the bouquet's vase)
◦ PDF document
◦ Packing paper
◦ Paper towel
◦ Plastic bag
◦ Rubber band
◦ Tape
Preparing the Smaller Box
Tape the upper sides of the smaller box together to seal it.
◦ Affix the small box upside down to the inside of the large box.
◦ Cut an X into the smaller box to securely hold the bouquet.
Preparing Your Flowers
◦ Cut fresh stems for your flowers, ensuring they fit in the large box.
◦ Remove any unnecessary ribbon or paper around the bouquet.
◦ Cover the stems with a wet paper towel to provide moisture during shipping.
◦ Place a small plastic bag around the paper towel and secure it with a rubber band.
Final Packaging
◦ Place the bouquet into the small box.
◦ Wrap packing paper or space-filling foam around the flowers.
◦ Insert the PDF document.
◦ Close the large box by securely taping it together.
Important to note
If your bouquet arrives in unworkable condition, we cannot undertake the work and will automatically refund the price of the purchased product.
- Don't wrap your blooms in any plastic as they can get moulded
- Put a FRAGILE sign on your box upright, so the carrier won't throw it around
- Any kind of paper/ space-filling peanuts is better than plastic bags around the flower
- Only cover the stems with the wet paper towel and the plastic bag
- Do not put your flowers in the freezer, instead find a cooler space for them, like a basement
- Please try to arrange express shipping or 1-3 days shipping to minimise the damage.
- We recommend using DHL, Express One, GLS or any other company that offers express delivery
