Welcome to Everbloom Floral Studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By checking that you have read the Terms and Conditions, which you are required to do as a condition of the purchase, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to each of the terms of the Terms and Services and the further statements set forth below.
- I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the delivery of my bouquet to Everbloom Floral Studio's shop, including covering all associated costs. I acknowledge and agree that Everbloom Floral Studio is not responsible for any damage to my flowers or bouquet during shipment or delivery, nor for lost or delayed packages or bouquets. I hereby waive any rights or remedies I may have against Everbloom Floral Studio for lost or damaged bouquets prior to delivery to the Everbloom Floral Studio premises.
- With the purchase of my Everbloom Floral piece, I give the artist complete creative freedom to design the bouquet frame as they see fit. Although "customizations" are taken into consideration, the artist is not bound by any specific personalized terms.
- I acknowledge that my "customizations" will only be considered if they are sent with my order before framing begins.
- Once the frame has been sealed, no changes can be made, including changes to the colour or material of the frame.
- If a bouquet is damaged or lost in transit or delivery, Everbloom Flower Studio will refund only up to the amount paid to Everbloom Flower Studio and will not be liable for the value of the bouquet or flowers or any other incidental loss or damage.
- I acknowledge that my bouquet must arrive at the Everbloom Flower Studio within 5 days of my event. If my bouquet arrives more than 5 days after my wedding, I accept the fact that there may be damaged/mouldy/unusable flowers in my bouquet. In this case, Everbloom Floral Studio can only use flowers that are still pressable, unless I have purchased the Flower Replacement option.
- Everbloom Flower Studio is not responsible for flowers that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
- Everbloom Floral Studio may, at its discretion, refund the full amount paid for the order if the bouquet or flowers are unsatisfactory or damaged. However, I waive any claim for damages in excess of the amount paid to Everbloom Floral Studio.
- If I purchase the Bloom Replacement extra, Everbloom Floral Studio will replace the damaged, unusable flowers and us it’s own fresh flower to substitute my original flowers.
- My bouquet will be processed in the condition in which it was received.
- If my bouquet is unworkable due to bugs or mold, the bouquet will be discarded and I will not be able to get it back.
- If my bouquet arrives and Everbloom Floral Studio deems it unworkable, the order will be cancelled and I will automatically receive a refund.
- I acknowledge that not all the flowers in my bouquet can be used due to the thickness of the bouquet, the condition of the flower or the space constraints within the frame.
- During the preservation process, flowers may fade and change colour or appearance. White flowers are particularly prone to browning.
- No ribbons, pendants or lace are used for the final piece. If flowers are included, I am responsible for return shipping costs or they will be discarded.
- Any wire, glue, pins or other method used by my florist to secure my flowers may render the flowers inoperable.
- If my shipping address changes before my frame is shipped, I am responsible for updating my address through my account page.
- The lead time for my event date may change due to various events that may delay Everbloom Floral Studio's preservation process, including flower transfers.
- If I would like the wedding invitation to be included along with the flowers, I will need to indicate this separately when sending the order.
- I am responsible for labelling my bouquet and its contents in my parcel box prior to delivery; failure to do so may result in the contents of the parcel being rejected.
- Designers may adjust my bouquet to the frame size purchased, refund any difference and send an approval email.
- My order will not be shipped until all outstanding balances are paid.
- Unclaimed bouquets will continue to be preserved but will be discarded after 6 months from the delivery date to Everbloom Floral Studio.
